Stephanie Szigetvari is a lifelong resident of Chicago’s northwest suburbs, growing up in Lake Zurich and raising her family in Long Grove while building a successful real estate career.
She joined @properties in May 2018 as vice president of brokerage services.
Stephanie began her real estate career in 1987 at Century 21 in Lake Zurich. She earned Rookie of the Year honors and was a perennial top producer before transitioning to management in 2009 with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Her Arlington Heights office brokered nearly $500 million in annual transactions and consistently held the No. 1 market share in the area. She was also district manager for offices in Long Grove, Libertyville, Park Ridge and Schaumburg.
At @properties, Stephanie will also oversee agent development, coaching and training; and office operations.
A passionate coach and mentor, Stephanie believes in building a creative, productive and supportive atmosphere, and helping agents develop and adopt systems and technologies that allow them to work more efficiently.
Stephanie is a licensed managing broker in Illinois and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®. She lives in Kildeer with her husband and two dogs. During her free time, she enjoys yoga, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her three children and three grandchildren. She also volunteers for local charities, such as Special Spaces and Relay for Life.
