Summary:

Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers, greets customers and visitors and directs to appropriate personnel and supports office staff by performing the following duties.

Hours:  

Arlington Heights location:  Saturday & Sunday 9-4

Barrington location:  Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 9-5:30

Duties:

  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information as necessary.
  • Update and maintain MLS
  • Create listing entry, upload disclosures, link property to syndicated sites.
  • Create recruiting packets, listing/buyer packets, and update form drawers
  • Create and maintain monthly floor calendar
  • Supports Agents by new phone set up, answering questions relating to technology and communicating office procedure information. Provides information about MLS, rentals and tenant screening, marketing, IT and directing agents to appropriate department when needed
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, maintains and routes publications while communicating with the messenger service, coordinate inter-office deliveries
  • Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, maintaining files, photocopying, and collating
  • Conducts credit, criminal and eviction check on prospective buyers
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Performs daily cleaning duties, restocking supplies throughout office
  • Other duties as assigned

Summary:

@properties is looking for a reliable person to join our team as a sign installer for our residential real estate signs. The sign installer is responsible for placing, installing, and removing signs for our agents following a predetermined route.  

This position requires driving in the city of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, with a primary start and end location at 821 N. Lessing, Chicago.

 

Duties:

  • Collect panels, riders, posts, zip ties, & any accessories needed for sign installation.
  • Follows a preset route using Route4Me.
  • Notifies supervisor of any issues encountered.
  • Attention to detail – follow installation instructions, collect appropriate amount of signs from storage unit.
  • Log hours and save receipts.
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 8 hours per day

Qualifications:

  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Requires moderate to heavy lifting.
  • Must be able to drive in the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

Summary:

The Commissions Payout team is responsible for accurately managing purchase and lease transaction processing from the time a pending deal is signed until the deal closes and commissions are paid out. The team also provides support to agents and office personnel.

The primary focus of this role is processing commissions by utilizing percentages and ratios.  If you are a "math enthusiast" this role is for you!

Duties:

  • Key point of contact for real estate agents for any questions or issues related to pending and closed transactions
  • Review and approve all necessary paperwork for each sale/rental transaction, provide feedback to agents regarding missing or incomplete documentation
  • Respond to all agent requests in a timely fashion
  • Ensure all relevant legal requirements are met for each transaction, including auditing files for executed contracts, all required disclosures, compliance with License Law, etc.
  • Accurately calculate the commissions due to the company and the portion of the commission to be paid to the company’s agents; ensure the correct commission is collected prior to processing agent commission payments
  • Provide agents or other members of the management team with reports on agent production and income as requested
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of policies & procedures

Summary:

This Senior Sign Logistics and Warehouse Manager will oversee the @properties sign and warehouse department and will plan and execute operational projects. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to support daily operational processes and overall inventory management.

Duties:

  • Coordinate, schedule and monitor sign installation/removal operations according to customer requirements
  • Manage a team of sign installers and support staff, implement practices and processes, hold team accountable
  • Implement an inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels
  • Analyzes product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages
  • Work with the team to order additional inventory, work with off-site storage facility on incoming deliveries
  • Manage the fleet of @properties vans
  • Manage vendor relationships with sign fabricators, delivery services and sign installers
  • Collaborate and work with the print center fabrication team on projects and workflow
  • Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Undertake project tasks as required
  • Communicate timeline changes and new information to team
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
  • Assist in the planning and executing successful project rollouts
  • Assist with the development and distribution of training and rollout material
  • Other duties as assigned
