About Paw Paw

Located in the heart of Michigan’s wine country, the quaint town of Paw Paw has wineries, fine dining, and antique shops.

Paw Paw is home to the St. Julian Winery, Michigan’s oldest, largest, and most-awarded winery. Founded in 1921, the winery offers tours and tastings year-round. History buffs, fine diners, wine connoisseurs, and nature lovers can find plenty to do in Paw Paw. Four village buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Meanwhile, thanks to local culinary schools, professionally-trained chefs own and operate many of the community’s restaurants, making fine dining available at local, highly revered establishments.

Paw Paw has more than 100 acres of parkland, including Maple Island Park and the Kid’s Paradise Playpark. The area is also home to golf courses, lakes, flea markets, and summer concerts.

When it comes to housing, Paw Paw covers a wide range of options, including historical Victorian houses, country homes, investment properties, and more.
