Christina McNamee started in the real estate industry in 2003 working for Pulte Homes, and in 2006 received the Diamond Award for achieving over $25 million in sales volume in a single year from the National Association of Homebuilders. Transitioning to general brokerage at Jameson Sotheby's and then @properties, Christina used her background in new construction to propel her to the top 3% of residential brokers in Chicago. Known for her dedication, knowledge and going the extra mile, Christina decided to start her own team in 2016.
Stephanie Schatz was the first member of the Christina McNamee Residential Team, partnering with Christina in 2016. Stephanie started working in real estate in 2005 as a buyers' agent, as well as consulting on commercial remodeling. Stephanie has been working at @properties since 2016, using a detail-oriented approach that provides guidance, structure, and transparency to her clients' transactions.
Kellie Kintigh joined the Christina McNamee Residential Team in 2018 and hit the ground running. An insurance industry veteran, Kellie applies the same principles of customer service and meticulousness that served her in her previous positions. Although Kellie is the newest team member, she has proven instrumental to her buy-side and sell-side clients.
Christina McNamee, Stephanie Schatz, and Kellie Kintigh are all certified REALTORS® and members of both the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In 2019, the team was featured as a "Who's Who" in Chicago Real Estate by Chicago Agent Magazine and awarded "Best of" Chicago Realtors in Chicago Magazine.
