Southwest Michigan has always been ‘home base' for Gretta. Spending much of her childhood and high school years in the Saint Joseph area, she moved back in 2014 after having lived in California and Germany for seven years. Gretta has always had a love of real estate. Her parents helped her buy her first investment home at the age for 12 for $19,000! Now, some twenty years later, she is thrilled to be part of Southwest Michigan's top real estate group, @properties Michigan.

Gretta has managed rental properties, renovated a century old farmhouse, remodeled a mid century home in Germany, and supervised completion of her family's investment property in Aruba. Owning her own home and investment properties in the area; Gretta loves working with people in finding the right primary home, vacation home, or investment property. She has worked extensively with relocation families coming into the Saint Joe area, and Gretta loves to share her passion and knowledge of our very  special region.

The local community is one of Gretta's passion and she is active in communicating and planning community events. She founded the group, Berrien County Strong-Community in Action and serves on the boards of several non profits in Southwest Michigan. In 2018, she was named one of Southwest Michigan's "40 under 40" by Moody on the Market. In 2019, she was voted "Favorite Real Estate Agent of the Year" by polling in the Herald Palladium's annual balloting for these top, professional recognitions. Gretta was also honored with the DIamond Award for 2019 real estate sales in excess of 15 million dollars.

Gretta graduated with honors from Indiana University and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and Public Relations. Her sons, Finn and WIll, attend Lincoln Elementary School in Saint Joe. When not working in real estate; Gretta enjoys being with her boys, traveling, volunteering, boating on Lake Michigan, and enjoying the beaches and many attractions of southwest Michigan.
