John Wassinger, Kathy Nettleton, and Marguerite Ciucci have been active in the Real Estate business for an aggregate over (yikes) 100 years. Much of that time was with REMAX, where they worked for many years.
Mike Kuhlman, is also a former Remax broker.
We each have decided to embark on a new direction. A path of collaboration which will most certainly benefit, our team and all of our clients.
We joined @properties for many reasons, the greatest being @'s diverse and effective marketing. When we "list" a property the Seller and Realtor engage in a "Marketing Agreement". Now, this agreement sets into action myriad of activities which continue through the closing. The primary function, however, is to market the property, and no company does that better than @properties. Quite frankly @properties has become the regional leader in real estate because of their marketing savvy.
