Born and raised in Chicago, John learned about vintage architecture at a young age while maintaining his parent’s apartment buildings. This early experience taught him an appreciation of Chicago neighborhood architecture. John’s shrewd knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods, their intrinsic value, and the unique details that make up each area has earned him great success in the field. John was recently named a Top 10 agent in the top-producing @properties office and was #1 agent in Andersonville and Edgewater in 2011 and 2012.
John’s intimate connection to the fabric of his City provides his clients with valuable insight. He spent 6 years running political campaigns across the City, a path that prepared him well for a career in Real Estate. His years at St. Ignatius College Prep meant criss-crossing the City and North Shore to visit friends. John’s buyer and seller clients benefit from this understanding of how much change has come to Chicago’s neighborhoods over the last twenty five years, and where it is going in the future.
