Craig has been a licensed real estate broker since 2002, and since that time has been consistently recognized as one of Chicago's top producers (top 10% citywide). He is a member of the local and national Realtor® organizations. His prior career in software and technology sales gave him the skills he uses today to focus carefully on a client's needs, and assemble the resources needed to meet those needs. Craig's work as a volunteer docent for the Chicago Architecture Foundation's famous River Tour, and enthusiasm for Chicago's architecture led him to pursue his career in real estate.
As a city resident since 1989, he has seen the dynamic changes in Chicago's north side neighborhoods first-hand. It's this experience and his integrity that have enabled him to complete over $100 million worth of transactions for buyer and seller clients. His practice is referral-based, and driven by satisfied clients and their recommendations to their friends and colleagues.
Raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, Craig purchased his first condo in 1998, and has since purchased and renovated a multi-unit building in Lincoln Square. As an investor and landlord, he stays tuned to the rewards and demands of owning real estate and rental property. The process of buying or selling real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions in life--it's Craig's goal to have his clients enjoy the process, and feel confident they are getting the best information, representation and advice available.
