Jodi Serio has been successfully representing buyers and sellers for residential, multi-family/investment and commercial properties. She has sold throughout greater Chicago, including the North Shore, the City of Chicago and the western suburbs. In addition, she has represented local developers and builders of luxury single-family properties.
While the real estate business is fast-paced, Jodi invests time with each individual client, building relationships and earning trust. Such commitment, along with her tireless work ethic, analytical approach, and patience is what has helped Jodi establish a healthy and consistent referral base of buyers and sellers to her business. Jodi prides herself on her meticulous attention to detail and impeccable follow-up skills.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Jodi spent six years in advertising, handling multi-million dollar, Fortune 500 accounts as well as new business development. It was there that she honed her skills as a successful marketing strategist. She applies those same abilities to her craft today, creating unique sales strategies for each seller she represents.
Jodi is a member of the National, Illinois and Chicago Associations of Realtors. She also holds an Associate Brokers license in the State of Colorado. In addition to being recognized by @properties as a 2013 The Road to Rolex winner, she has consistently earned the Top Producer Sales Award by the Chicago Association of Realtors.
