A keen understanding of the real estate market and extensive knowledge of Chicago's diverse neighborhoods allows Melanie to provide clients with an elevated level of service. Melanie's attention to detail, trustworthiness and personable demeanor have enabled her to establish a successful real estate career, with 800+ transactions to date. She treats each deal with the highest level of care and commitment and imparts continuous accessibility to each client. Melanie uses cutting-edge technology and supportive @properties tools to be a trusted advisor and resource to her clients.

In addition to selling to local Chicagoans, Melanie has also found a niche dealing with domestic and international relocation clients. Melanie and her team provide luxury relocation services for buyers, sellers, and renters alike. Neighborhood expertise includes (but is not limited to) The Loop, Lake Shore East, Streeterville, West Loop, River North, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Lakeview, Lincoln Square, South Loop, Bucktown, and Wicker Park.

Melanie grew up in the west Chicago suburbs and currently resides in the West Loop. She enjoys traveling, cycling, reading, and trying out new restaurants in all corners of the city. Her favorite way to start and end the day is with her beloved dog, Harley. She is also passionate about interior design. 

In 2011, Melanie received a bachelor's degree in Choral Music Education from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. After graduation, she started her professional career in teaching before establishing herself in real estate. She is also the President of the @gives back board
