Meet Sarah Coward

Since 2013, my goal has been to make each and every transaction as stress-free as possible for all my clients!

Whether you've decided it's time to buy or you're ready to sell, getting from your first showing to the closing table isn't always easy.

You need a real professional who takes some of the pressure off by having the right team in place. From mortgage brokers to stagers, I rely on a team-based approach to make sure that every deal is seamless from start to finish and as stress-free as possible for everyone involved. A home is a huge emotional and financial investment and it's my job to help make sure that it's the best fit for my clients.

Using proven market research and experience, I provide my clients the information to better understand how the market conditions will affect their bottom line. Each property has its own charms, features that make it intrinsically special and, by blending the objective with the subjective, I have helped many clients achieve their real estate goals in a short amount of time for the best price with the least amount of fuss.

Prior to joining @properties, I worked as a project manager for a major clothing company, managing the complexities of building, stocking, merchandising and staffing new stores in expanding markets. Having that base in project management coupled with my design expertise makes me uniquely suited to assist all of my clients in achieving their goals- managing the intricacies of the transaction and making sure that my clients are in the best hands every step of the way.

While I specialize in Evanston and Chicago's North Shore, I take my clients all over and love sharing my knowledge with my clients what makes each neighborhood and suburb the best fit for their next home. If you or someone you know needs any advice in making their next real estate decision, please let me know.  I'm always happy to help new clients find their perfect place to call home!
