In 2001, after 6 years in the entertainment industry, I returned to my hometown from Los Angeles. I entered real estate because of my love for Chicago and my understanding of the kind of service that discerning clients demand. I have created successful partnerships with my clients by listening to their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
In 2002, after my first full year in the business, I produced $8,500,000 in sales. By my 4th year in real estate, my sales exceeded $25,000,000, and I was recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as one of the city's top producers. 2018 marks my 17th year of exemplary service in the world of Chicago residential brokerage.
My extensive understanding of Chicago's real estate market has facilitated transactions in all areas of real estate, from 1-bedroom condos to $3,500,000+ single family homes. I also have extensive experience marketing new construction projects ranging from 3 to 75 units, and brokering multi-million dollar land deals.
