Eamonn moved to Chicago in 1994 from his native Ireland where he earned a degree in Business Studies and hotel management.

He quickly discovered his interest in real estate which developed into a true passion that he says is stronger today than ever before.

Eamonn has lived in many neighborhoods in Chicago including Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, Ukranian Village, Wicker Park, Lakeview before his current home in Lincoln Square with his family.

He has an indept knowledge of all Chicago neighborhoods and has worked deals throughout the city.

Eamonn has vast real estate experience in residential new construction and re-sales, the acquisition of developments, commercial real estate and he has branched out to operate in the distressed property market becoming proficient in short sales and foreclosed properties to cater to recent market demands.

He is an experienced negotiator and frequently betters market averages in the prices he achieves on both sides of the table for buyers and sellers.
