I moved to Chicago in 1994 from my native Ireland where I earned a degree in Business Studies and hotel management.

I quickly discovered my interest in real estate which developed into a true passion that is stronger today than ever before.

I have lived in many neighborhoods in Chicago including Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village, Ukranian Village, Wicker Park and Lakeview before my current home in Lincoln Square with my family.

I have an in-dept knowledge of all Chicago neighborhoods and have worked deals throughout the city.

I have vast real estate experience in residential new construction and re-sales, the acquisition of developments, commercial real estate and have branched out to operate in the distressed property market becoming a qualified CDPE (certified distress property expert)
