Seamus Brennan comes to @properties with over 10 years of combined real estate, restaurant management, marketing and sales experience.
Seamus started his real estate career at Berkshire Hathaway-Koenig Rubloff with The MG Group before moving over to @properties in July 2018 and teaming up with Chris McComas, who is ranked in the top 1% of Chicago's real estate agents.
Both Seamus and Chris' success is rooted in working with clients who have varying needs at every price point. Their thorough knowledge of Chicago's housing market allows them to properly advise first-time buyers seeking the ideal neighborhood or families looking to sell, and find their dream single family homes in the city or suburbs. Seamus and Chris have a vast network of real estate contacts and diverse client base enables them to meet the challenges of today's volatile market place.
Before focusing on real estate full time, Seamus was a restaurant manager in Forest Park and a door-to-door salesman for Comcast throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.
Seamus lives in Old Town and loves to have a pint at local pubs with friends and family while braving the White Sox rebuilding phase.

The experience of purchasing his first condominium in Chicago's River North area led Ricky's love of local real estate, and ultimately, his decision to pursue his real estate license in Illinois.
With a decade of experience in data analytics, Ricky is able to provide accurate sales information for all of Chicago's neighbourhoods, allowing him to determine the best pricing strategy that will work for his clients. This has also given him the opportunity to leverage a wealth of real estate expertise by working with two of Chicago's top producers, whose annual sales of over $100M rank the team in the top 1%! His established team of attorneys, lenders, and contractors are able to facilitate the entire real estate transaction from beginning to end whether you are a buyer, seller, or renter.
Outside of real estate, you'll find Ricky watching football matches (being from Zambia he refuses to call it soccer) featuring his beloved Manchester United, on the golf course during the summer months shooting anywhere between 85-100, or entertaining wedding guests by showing his skills on the dhol drum for an internationally known group, Dhol Beat International.
