773.531.8048I've helped clients buy and sell homes throughout Chicagoland and through just about every kind of market—the fast ones, the slow ones, and the ones that make everybody stare at the numbers and ask, "Now what?"
Knowing the market matters. Explaining it clearly matters more. My job is to give clients the facts, build a sensible strategy, and help them reach their goals without adding to the usual real estate commotion.
Early in my career, I won @properties' Rookie of the Year award. Since then, I've earned a place among the top 1% of producing brokers. Awards are nice, but clients are usually more interested in whether you return their calls and know what you're doing. I do.
Over the years, I've built a trusted network of agents, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, mortgage brokers, and contractors. Real estate has enough moving parts without making clients chase every one of them. My goal is to keep the experience straightforward, organized, and as close to stress-free as real estate allows.
I was born and raised in Evanston, reading Mike Royko, watching improv at Second City, and rooting for Walter Payton. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, I moved to Chicago and lived in several of its neighborhoods. Today, you'll often find me walking my dog, Brue Lee, through Fulton Market and watching the neighborhood grow.
