Angelo currently lives in the Western Suburbs with his wife and 3 sons. He has a passion for coaching football and playing guitar and composing music. Chad has 15 years of experience trading futures and options prior to becoming a broker. His breadth of experience includes trading treasuries, equity indexes, and commodities on numerous exchanges in Chicago, New York, Osaka, and Singapore. This unique business background gives him a keen insight into financial and housing market trends, and how they will affect real estate. The attention to detail and ability to multitask necessary in a trading environment translate perfectly into real estate, where you can be sure to experience a smooth transaction when buying or selling your home.
Chad recently joined @properties as part of a leading real estate team because @properties is the No. 1 full-service residential broker in the city of Chicago, 2nd largest brokerage in Illinois, and 21st largest in the United States. But his real estate background goes back much further and runs deeper than that. Growing up, his father owned his own real estate brokerage, a property management company, and a development company, and Chad was involved from a young age in many aspects of real estate. He also currently owns and manages investment property. So coming back to real estate after a career in trading and finance was "like coming home."
As a result of his vast experience, Chad's clients receive something far more valuable than his expert real estate and market advice. They also receive the confidence they've made the right choice. When listing a home, you can count on the use of the latest marketing technology in the industry, spanning every medium. Chad graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and grew up near Milwaukee. In the past fifteen years, he has lived in both Chicago and San Francisco. He has lived in many different neighborhoods around Chicago including Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Greektown, Downtown, Bucktown, Logan Square, and currently lives in the South Loop.
When not working tirelessly to market or find your new home, Chad's favorite things to do are sailing and running in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, reading, playing guitar, and spending time with his family year round.

Per is relatively new to @properties, but brings to his new position a wealth of experience in real estate and related fields, including multifamily housing, land development, and construction.
Having obtained an M.A. at the University of Minnesota in Humanities, he taught for a number of years at the City Colleges of Chicago, where one of the areas he taught was the History of Architecture. After that he joined his father in building houses, and worked as a builder and contractor, specializing in historical restorations.
From his years of doing land development in Will County, Illinois, as well as in Tennessee and Indiana, Per is very familiar with the approval process for subdivisions and infill projects. He has worked with several condo projects, both as developer and as broker, and has a good instinct for appropriate marketing approaches.
Per's deep knowledge of construction issues and solutions, together with his extensive knowledge of both the Chicago Building Code and the International Building Code, makes him the logical choice for a listing broker.
An early adapter of all things Apple, Per focuses his marketing on the Internet. He is particularly taken with the potential reach of Adwords, and social media advertising, and supplements @properties internet advertising with his own customized websites and internet campaigns.
A resident of the Logan Square area for a number of years, Per now lives in Hyde Park where has lived for thirty years with his wife Vivian. He is an avid racquetball player, and one of the founding members of the Land Conservancy of Will County.
