Janet has spent the past 24 years honing her real estate skills as a full-time broker and is a Top Producer within @properties.  With over $ 100,000,000 in career sales, Janet's expansive career spans the Chicagoland area from Bronzeville to the North Shore suburbs.  She holds the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Million Dollar Guild designation and is especially very well-versed in the upper bracket market.

Janet works with buyers and sellers in all price ranges. A native Chicagoan, Janet grew up on the Northwest side of the city. She attended a CPS grade school then moved to the North Shore with her family for high school.  Upon graduating with a B.A. degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, she made a beeline back to the city and has resided in Roscoe Village since 1996.   In her free time, Janet mentors at-risk young adults, is a founding member of Impact 100 Chicago, a collective women's giving organization, a current Board Member of Hypertext Magazine and Studio, a creative writing/healing workshop, an avid gardener, animal lover and adores everything to do with the art world.
