Clients are saying:
"Cyd Archer listed a property that was purchased just as the bubble burst while my daughter was attending school in Evanston. She worked tirelessly to find buyers in a market crowded by foreclosures and short sales for similar properties while my wife and I were reluctant to join the race to the bottom on asking price. She balanced these two disparate forces and kept on top of every showing and buyers reviews. I can't think of a way to express my gratitude for all her hard work, but to give you this example: Imagine a task that is difficult, if not seemingly impossible, that you are faced with and 10- 20 others that are much easier. The rewards for doing any of them are roughly equal. How much time do you devote to the impossible? Cyd Archer never made us feel like working on our hard listing ever suffered for lack of attention or effort. She was simply the best."
