Amanda Henriott is a dedicated and community-focused real estate professional with deep roots in Hendricks County. With experience in the real estate industry dating back to 2018, she officially joined @properties in 2024, and then joined the Roots team in 2025. Amanda brings a unique blend of professionalism, local expertise, and heart to every real estate transaction—whether she's working with first-time homebuyers, sellers, or clients exploring the new construction market.

A longtime Brownsburg resident, Amanda has lived in Hendricks County, Indiana for most of the past 20 years. She earned her BA in Political Science from Valparaiso University, giving her a strong understanding of local and state policies that impact homeowners, real estate trends, and property values. Her experience with local builders and her passion for helping clients find their perfect home makes her a go-to real estate agent throughout the Indianapolis area real estate market.

Amanda is a proud 2025 graduate of MIBOR's REAL Estate Academy of Leadership, further cementing her reputation as a knowledgeable and engaged leader in the industry. She is actively involved in the local real estate community, serving on multiple committees including the BLC Policy Committee (2026 Chair), the Realtor Foundation's Transactional Giving Committee, and as an RPAC Trustee for Hendricks County. She also contributes to the Boone County Division of MIBOR, serving as Vice Chair for 2026, and regularly participates in MIBOR and Indiana Association of Realtors events. Amanda was also awarded the Boone County Division's "Denver Hutt Rising Star" Award in 2025.

Beyond real estate, Amanda is passionate about giving back. She tutors unhoused and housing-insecure students through Brightlane Learning, serves on their SPARK outreach and fundraising committee, and volunteers regularly with the Hendricks County Humane Society, helping organize events like Sit, Sip, Stay and Dogtona. She also regularly volunteers her time with multiple other organizations that are involved with assisting our unhoused neighbors.

When she's not helping clients buy or sell homes, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She's a proud Dance Mom who loves cheering (very loudly!) at local and regional dance competitions, and she's always up for a new adventure—whether it's a concert with her daughter, trying out the latest coffee shop, or working out at her favorite Brownsburg CrossFit gym, 9Degrees.
