Amy House is a Realtor with @properties Christie's International Real Estate, serving the western suburbs of Chicago. She works with buyers and sellers at every stage.

Amy grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of New York and moved to Illinois in 1998. She raised three children in the Chicago suburbs. Her oldest is preparing to join the Army, her daughter serves in the Air Force, and her youngest is in high school playing football and basketball.

At 52, Amy left a corporate career in higher education to become a Realtor. She chose real estate because it lets her assist others and build relationships that last, all while being herself. She wanted to find purpose in her work, and real estate gave her that sense of purpose. She works with clients through the entire process of buying or selling a home, from the first showing to closing day, and is known for making it clear and manageable.

Amy brings strong knowledge of home inspections, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, which helps guide clients through repair negotiations and estimates with confidence.

In 2023, Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer. She completed chemotherapy and radiation, and is now cancer free! She stays active in the breast cancer support community, and brings that same spirit of support to military groups, helping families with loved ones serving.

Amy chose @properties Christie's International Real Estate for the strong support the brokerage offers its agents. She lives in Sugar Grove with her husband and two dogs, and brings honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to her clients and community to each transaction.
