"Ashley Jamieson is WONDERFUL! Here's our story, and a detailed explanation of why Ashley rocks: We unexpectedly found our Dream House about half a year before we thought we'd even start looking. We didn't have a realtor! When we found Ashley (due to her stellar reviews), we immediately set up a private walk-through of the house we so loved, and we asked her to be as critical as possible. We told her "We know why we love this house, so please tell us all the negatives. We really need to know what we'd be getting into if we made an offer." This was where we really saw Ashley's expert eye. She pointed out things we would never have noticed, voiced concerns but told us what the solutions might be, recommended questions we should ask the sellers, and gave us the best critical feedback we could have imagined. We decided to put in an offer, and Ashley worked around the clock to submit it in record time--we had about a 24 hour window, and two other offers had already gone in (and the house wasn't even on the market yet!!). We actually lost the house to another offer. Ashley was great about this, too. She was sympathetic but optimistic, and immediately began sending us other listings in our area of interest. She assured us that she would work with us for as long as it took to find another great spot. Fortunately that didn't have to happen--turns out the original buyers had put in two different offers, and chose to go with the other house.
