Brad Bouchard joins @properties in 2023 as a licensed Realtor on the Lux Elite Realty team alongside his wife, Melisa. A native New Yorker, Brad moved to Texas in 1998. He began his 20-year career in Supply Chain Management, then served as President of local restoration franchise company in the Dallas area. Brad's career experience in the corporate world has shaped his attention to detail, client retention and communication skills to a high stature. For the last ten years, Brad has secondhand experience of his wife's career in real estate and decided to join forces as a team that specializes in lake properties across Texas.   Brad and his family reside in Heath, TX on Lake Ray Hubbard fulfilling the relaxing lake lifestyle. When Brad isn't showing homes or on a listing appointment, he enjoys playing golf, watching sports, cooking and spending time with his family.
