Born in Chicago, raised in the suburbs and rooted in the city, Chris brings a genuine understanding of the people, neighborhoods, businesses, and energy that make Chicagoland so dynamic. Her diverse background spans law, entertainment, sports, marketing, sales, hospitality, and real estate -  giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on how different businesses operate, grow, and connect with the communities they serve.

 

Before entering real estate, Chris built a career across several industries that now inform her approach to commercial transactions. She worked with the Chicago Bulls, hosted and produced a local sports show, gained firsthand hospitality experience working in restaurants, and spent years in professional office environments throughout Chicago. As a lifelong athlete and health and wellness aficionado, she has also been an active patron of yoga studios, Pilates studios, fitness concepts, med spas, restaurants, retail shops, and neighborhood businesses across the area. These experiences have given Chris a practical familiarity with a wide range of commercial spaces - not just from a real estate perspective, but from the perspective of the people who work in them, build them, operate them, and bring them to life.

 

Chris works with business owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and community-driven organizations across a wide range of commercial real estate needs, including retail, office, industrial, restaurant, school, church, mixed-use, and investment properties.
