Courtney "Coco" Nichols joined Christie's International Real Estate in 2026, bringing a background in marketing and a relationship driven approach to real estate. A Texas Tech graduate, she is known for creating thoughtful, elevated client experiences rooted in connection and attention to detail.

Having lived throughout Austin, Courtney now calls downtown home at 44 East, where she has a strong connection to the high rise lifestyle and community. After spending time living abroad in Bali and Australia, she returned to Austin and fell back in love with the city while building a life downtown with her partner.

She specializes in luxury condos and lifestyle driven moves, blending local insight with a hospitality forward approach. Courtney is also the founder of Austin Tails and Trails, a boutique dog walking and sitting business rooted in the downtown community.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, shopping, sushi, a glass of white wine, walking the trail, and staying active with Pilates and yoga.
