Eric E. Eversgerd currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License and is the Managing Broker for @Properties | Christies International Real Estate. He is an active member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors® where he currently serves and has served on several committees, advisory groups and Boards. He is also a member of the Texas Association of Realtors® and National Association of Realtors®. Eric has built his Real Estate business entirely upon word of mouth, referrals and his integrity.  He is devoted to supporting Agents helping them to reach their Real Estates goals.    

Real Estate has been a part of Eric's life since he was a child. Growing up Eric spent summers doing various odd jobs working alongside his grandfather, a Real Estate Broker in Illinois.  Eric's father, his wife of over 28 years, father-in-law, step mother-in-law, and uncle; all who have or have held Real Estate Licenses exposed Eric to the Real Estate industry. 

Eric spent 20 years in the Credit Card Processing and Multi-Family industries with the leading global technology companies working his way up from a Sales Executive to running Account Management and National Sales teams. His many years as a business leader negotiating contracts with and supporting Fortune 100 companies honed his sales, marketing and negotiating skills that he utilizes in his real estate career today. Eric has a proven track record of exceeding performance objectives and customer expectations.
