Evan Whitfield was born and raised in Harbor Springs, and that connection to the area shapes how he approaches real estate. Growing up in Northern Michigan is a special experience that shows how life should really be lived. Family and friends close by, nights by the lake, and enjoying every moment. That perspective gives him a genuine appreciation for Northern Michigan that goes beyond the usual sales pitch.

Evan is currently finishing his degree in Finance at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, with graduation set for May 2027. He was also named an Evans Scholar, a distinction awarded to a select group of students recognized for both academic achievement and strong character. He is also part of the Michigan State University Wealth Management Association and has written for their Spartan Journal publication.

Outside of work, Evan stays close to the outdoors to enjoy everything that makes Northern Michigan special. He's regularly out hiking or on the lake, whether that means boating or surfing depends on the weather! Winters find him at Nub's Nob, snowboarding the same runs he's been riding his whole life. For Evan, that connection to the land and water is part of why he loves doing this job.

As a new agent, Evan is focused on building a strong track record. What he brings is energy, a willingness to put in the work, and a level of local knowledge that's hard to replace.
