Gretchen is a licensed attorney with a distinguished background in environmental policy and advocacy for the upstream oil and gas sector. For years, she worked in Washington, D.C., with White House Policy officials, and members of Congress and sharpened her negotiating skills influencing domestic and international climate regulations.

She is driven and client focused, and her high energy personality and analytical attention to detail make her an expert negotiator and deal maker. She is down to earth and just as comfortable in a hard hat and work boots at an oil and gas site as touring a multimillion-dollar home.

Her career path has taken her around the world to destinations such as Tunisia, Nigeria and Jordan and her love for international travel has led her to many other places across the globe. As the political tides changed, she decided to pursue her creative passions of architecture and interior design by entering the world of luxury real estate.

Born and raised in Dallas and a Hockaday alumna, Gretchen returned to Texas in 2005 after law school and years in California to be closer to family and her roots. She infuses her work with a California-inspired aesthetic and a love of colorful, patterned textiles collected from her travels, helping clients see the full potential in every space.

A devoted mother to her teenage daughter, Alexandra, and two rescue dogs, Gretchen enjoys Pilates, fashion, and art galleries, and gives back to her community through National Charity League with her daughter.
