My 20+ years as a commercial contractor combined with a decade of fixing and flipping homes give me a unique perspective on Real Estate allowing me to confidently advise my clients well beyond the superficial appearance of the home. I understand our local market, economic trends, and of course, all of the variables involved in a real estate transaction. Coupled with my "on the job" experience, I also hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Denver Daniels College of Business where I double majored in Finance and Marketing.
