Recently celebrating her 8th anniversary of selling Michigan real estate, Jessica Garner decided to pivot her career to have more purpose. Launching the brand GARNERED SPACES, her main focus is to show home buyers and sellers that 'Luxury' is not a price-point but rather a mindset. Her main goal is to develop her clients' understanding of how to obtain true wealth through real estate and how to proudly own their own "luxury" at any price point. After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Howard University and witnessing the housing crisis in our nation's capital, Jessica returned to Detroit to earn her Master's degree in Business Accounting and decided to get her real estate licence in 2018. With her Accounting background, Jessica's clients can count on her to operate with integrity and transparency, while being thoroughly informative about the market. With experience ranging from Historic Downtown Detroit homes to suburban new construction, there isn't anything Jessica can't help you with! Her services extend to buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and anyone in between. Servicing Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties, expanding to an hour outside of Detroit.
