Joyce has 15 years of real estate experience in license law, contract documents, accounting, and relocation services. Before obtaining her broker's license and joining the Guzman Group, she served as the Manager for the Relocation Department at @properties. She also spent several years as a senior contract administrator before taking on her role in the Relocation Department. With her unique real estate background, Joyce brings a more comprehensive experience and superior problem-solving skills to the Guzman Group's clients.
