Autumn Haag has been serving Northern Michigan buyers and sellers since 2018 and has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and personalized service. She holds the prestigious Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI I & II) designation and currently serves as Chair of the Professional Standards (Ethics) Committee for Aspire North REALTORS®, reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism within the industry. Specializing in luxury waterfront homes, investment properties, and residential real estate, Autumn is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine dedication to helping clients feel informed and confident throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

Corey Peterson began his real estate career in 2016 before expanding his expertise through leadership roles in technology, software, and sales management. Those experiences strengthened his skills in marketing, negotiation, strategy, and client service, which he now brings back to real estate with a modern, technology-forward approach. Corey specializes in luxury homes, waterfront properties, condominiums, investment properties, and new construction throughout Northern Michigan, with a particular passion for helping buyers relocating to the Traverse City area. Clients appreciate his direct communication, practical guidance, and commitment to delivering results without pressure.

Completing the team is Carissa Wilkins, who has served as the Yates Team's Closing Coordinator for more than a decade. With exceptional attention to detail and a passion for organization, Carissa manages every transaction from accepted offer to closing, coordinating with all parties to ensure a smooth, efficient, and stress-free experience for our clients.
