Katie, "My love for real estate started from a young age,  always sketching and designing dream homes, and constructing anything from apartments to mansions for all of my dolls." Katie has brought this passion for real estate and home design to life in and around Chicago since 2007. Starting her career as a successful leasing agent down town Chicago, and negotiating upwards of 900 leases during that time. Using that knowledge, and overseeing her clients progression from renters to home buyers solodified her decision to grow in her careerer by joining @properties as a Broker Associate in 2013. Her people-centric approach, along with strong interpersonal skills, strategic negotiations, with a distinct eye for design has made her an integral part of the team.

Katie graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette before moving to Chicago in 2005! Prior to living in Chicago, she worked and volungteered for the Make A Wish Foundation of Indianapolis. Giving back to the community and helping those in need has continued to be a priority and focus of hers! Katie has lived in several of the near north side neighborhoods, and most recently Avondale with her husband and two children. Living in many of Chicago's notorious neighborhoods has resulted in having insight and knowledge regarding schools, and life style amenities throughout.
