Kay Gourley, a third-generation Austinite from the historic Mt. Bonnell neighborhood, has witnessed Austin’s remarkable transformation firsthand. With 2026 marking her 30th year as a licensed Realtor, Kay brings unmatched experience across residential sales, commercial properties, historic homes, and new construction. As a Certified Negotiation Expert and Certified International Property Specialist, she consistently delivers exceptional results for her clients.

Kay’s passion for real estate was sparked early. Her mother’s weekend “Open House Adventures” introduced her to Austin’s diverse properties, while her father, who worked with architect A.D. Stegner, nurtured her appreciation for architectural beauty. These early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong love of real estate and Austin’s unique charm.

Since earning her real estate license in 1996, Kay has built a distinguished career. By 2003, she had obtained her Broker’s license and launched a boutique agency in central Austin. Known for her sharp problem-solving skills and ability to keep transactions on track, Kay expertly guides clients through complex real estate processes.

Today, Kay resides in central Austin. Her son, Seamus, works in Manhattan as an Actuary for New York Life. Together, they share a love for music, travel, Austin’s and New York City’s culinary scene, museums, parks, and vibrant festivals.
