Real estate runs in Lauren Ross’s blood. Her mother has been a residential broker for more than forty years, including the last twenty-six in Austin, and her father spent his career in land development, making homes, design, and real estate part of everyday conversation growing up.

Now Lauren is bringing that lifelong foundation to the Andrea Hamilton team at Christie’s International Real Estate Austin. Her approach is simple: relationships first. She believes real estate is deeply personal, and she’s passionate about helping clients find homes that truly fit the way they want to live.

A Westlake High School alum and UT Austin graduate, Lauren knows Austin intimately — the neighborhoods, the lifestyle, the energy, and the people who make the city special. Having grown up around residential brokerage and development, she understands both the emotional and strategic side of buying and selling homes.

Outside of real estate, Lauren is also the founding stylist of LookingGlass, a fashion tech platform focused on personalized styling and AI-powered closet tools. While the industries may seem different, the through-line is the same: helping people feel confident, comfortable, and at home in their lives. Her background in styling, branding, and visual storytelling gives her a highly curated eye for design, presentation, and how spaces feel.

Lauren lives in Westlake with her two children and loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, exploring Austin’s restaurant scene, wake surfing on Lake Austin, and playing mahjong with girlfriends.

She brings warmth, local knowledge, strong relationships, and a thoughtful perspective to every client experience. For Lauren, the goal has never been simply finding a house — it’s helping people find a place that feels like home.
