Lisa M. Foster Bio

Lisa Foster is a highly accomplished, results-oriented, community leader, team builder, economic and real estate developer. As a seasoned and accomplished real estate professional, she thrives on making a connection with her clients and prides herself on making those relationships life-long. A continuous lifelong learner, Lisa is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, holds a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and recently obtained a master's degree in Sustainable Urban Development & Planning from DePaul University. Born and raised in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago she has much more than a scholarly understanding of Chicago she is a huge advocate for her city now living in Bronzeville.  While consistently averaging over 40 transactions and $10M in real estate sales every year she was even honored with an award for displaying unmatched leadership and service in her community as an African American businesswoman by the Chicago Defender. She is a proud member of and Vice President @GivesBack charitable board of directors. Her accolades do not end there, she was also featured in Chicago Magazine's Who's Who selection (2021, 2022 and 2024), earned Chicago Association of Realtor Individual Top Producer for 2023 and has been chosen for her expertise to speak on multiple real estate panels.
