A lifelong Texan with deep roots in the Austin community, she combines extensive market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.

Londa earned a degree in Real Estate Finance and launched her career while still in college, obtaining her real estate license as a sophomore and her broker's license as a senior in 1981. She has maintained her broker's license throughout her distinguished career. She spent her first 15 years specializing in commercial real estate before transitioning into residential real estate, where she has represented buyers, sellers and investors for more than three decades.

Throughout her career, Londa has guided a broad spectrum of clients—from first-time homebuyers to sophisticated luxury buyers and sellers—and has had the privilege of serving multiple generations of many families. She created lifelong relationships built on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

Londa possesses an intimate knowledge of Austin and its surrounding communities. She specializes in Westlake, Northwest Hills, Tarrytown, Clarksville, Downtown Austin's luxury condominiums, Zilker, Barton Hills,  and Travis Heights. The Lakeway area is another specialty as her husband developed hundreds of homes there.  While also helping many longtime clients relocate to Georgetown, Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Wimberley, and Dripping Springs as their lifestyles evolve, she has become quite familiar with these areas as well.

Having experienced multiple real estate cycles throughout her career, Londa provides her clients with the confidence that comes from decades of market knowledge and firsthand experience. She continually invests in education and embraces the latest technology and marketing strategies to ensure her clients receive the highest level of representation in today's ever-changing market.
