A proud native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mariana made the United States her home at the age of 11. Over the past two decades, she has built deep roots across Maryland and the greater DC metro area, shaping her strong connection to the communities she now serves and calls home.

Since settling in her home in Montgomery Village in 2022, Mariana has been actively involved in her local community. She volunteers with Manna Food Center, supporting families facing food insecurity, and has helped save over 20 animal lives through her work fostering cats in partnership with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue. Her connection to real estate is grounded in service, stewardship, and a belief that a home should provide both stability and long-term value.

Mariana graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2017 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent nearly eight years working with power companies and consulting firms before pivoting to full-time real estate. She has been an active real estate investor since 2020, owning and managing property across the DMV, Richmond, and Cleveland—allowing her to guide clients with practical insight into a home's observable condition, value, and long-term ownership considerations.

With an engineering background, Mariana brings a calm, analytical approach to every transaction.
