resource and trusted adviser for my clients. When it comes to buying or selling a home, the most
important choices will be theirs to make. It is my responsibility to analyze the market, educate them on the finer details of the process, and empower them to make critical decisions regarding their own personal and financial future.
For the last 17 years I have established a reputation for consistency through my unique ability to manage my clients' expectations and emotions. Real estate is not a simple business, and ours is not always an easy market to navigate. I have been in this industry for a long time and weathered several downturns. If there is one defining lesson I’ve learned, it is that you must maintain your ability to adapt. All the market analysis and negotiation prowess in the world mean nothing if you are not prepared to pivot, to think on your feet and create solutions around inevitable challenges.
The western suburbs of Chicago have always been a part of me. I grew up in Western Springs.
Throughout the years, I've witnessed firsthand as this area expanded and flourished. It's more than the architecture. It goes beyond the school systems. It exists in the warmth and welcoming nature of the people.
Before I began my career as a professional real estate agent, I spent more than a decade working for the Building Operations Department of the United Center. It was my responsibility to help convert the famous venue for various events, and keep the building in "show ready" condition for the millions of fans who came through its doors annually. It was there that I learned the ins and outs of construction, and how to not only set realistic client expectations, but how to exceed them.
From my multi-platform marketing approach, to a meticulous home staging process, to my network of industry-leading photographers, lenders, and attorneys — I will offer you solutions. Long after we’ve left the closing table, I want you to feel as if you've had an experience, and gained both a friend and a professional resource for life.
Continued success can only be found when you've established true work/life balance. When I'm not in the process of helping someone buy or sell a home, you can find me spending time with my wife Sara, our three colorful and amazing daughters, and our pup, Willow. We're a pretty rowdy bunch; we love to travel as a family, go camping, skiing and cheer like mad for our Blackhawks. It's the little things that make life big, and I'm happy to spend mine in the western suburbs of Chicago.
I'd be happy to show you around.
