Markeysa Lumpkin joined RLAH @properties in January 2026, bringing with her a strong foundation in real estate and an extensive background in property management. She has been active in the real estate industry since 2017, supported by more than 18 years of experience in the property management industry, where she built a reputation for knowledge, care, and exceptional client service.

Born and raised in Prince George's County, Maryland, Markeysa has lived in Woodbridge, Virginia for the past 11 years and proudly services clients throughout Maryland and Virginia.

Markeysa attended Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, where she studied Business Marketing. Her education and professional sales background provide her with a strategic advantage in marketing properties and guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through confident decision-making.

She specializes in working with buyers, sellers, investors, renters, project management, and new construction, offering personalized solutions and a seamless experience for each client.

Markeysa is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She and her family regularly serve the homeless and make donations to ACTS in Dumfries, Virginia, reflecting her passion for service and community care.

Outside of real estate, Markeysa enjoys spending quality time with her family, shopping, and dancing.
