Born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Matt Stansell is the definition of a lifelong Texan. He once dreamed of becoming Roger Staubach, but his path took a classic Lone Star turn when he left high school football for rodeo—launching a 17-year career as a competitive rodeo cowboy.

Matt spent weekdays in school and sales roles, then worked cattle on friends' ranches every weekend. When rodeos came to town, he was in the arena—competing, winning, and building a work ethic shaped by long drives, early mornings, grit, and discipline.

A career sales professional, Matt developed a sharp instinct for understanding demand and reading markets, selling everything from saddles to cars and almost everything in between. His passion for community runs just as deep. In The Colony, where he lives, he became the energetic game-day announcer for local school sports, supporting the same system that carried all three of his children from kindergarten to graduation.

Real estate was always in his blood, inspired by his grandfather's 40-plus-year career as a respected Realtor. Today, Matt brings arena-tested resilience, ranch-earned perspective, and trusted guidance to every client—making their next move clear, confident, and genuinely exciting.
