Nick & Sarah Shaieb are a husband-and-wife duo with over 15 years of combined real estate experience & an approach to the industry that makes clients feel confident & supported every step of the way.

 

Sarah grew up tagging along to showings long before it was her career. She spent over a decade as Director of Operations at a RealTrends Top 200 national brokerage where she built systems & delivered a high-level experience. She now utilizes those skills to create a client experience that is smooth & organized.

 

Nick provides the calm, analytical approach needed in real estate transactions, backed by his electrical engineering degree from Michigan Technological University. He naturally breaks down big decisions, solves problems on the fly, & empowers clients to make choices without second-guessing themselves.

 

They have also been in their clients' shoes more than once, having bought & sold multiple homes, taken on a flip, & managed a rental property. They know what it's like to be a first-time buyer, to juggle buying & selling at the same time, & to think through investment decisions.

 

Nick & Sarah prioritize being approachable & easy to work with. They keep deals moving, handle the details, & make sure their clients always know what's happening next.

 

Outside of real estate, they're big sports fans with a particular passion for the Detroit Red Wings: their German Shepherd, Seider, is named after defenseman Moritz Seider, which tells you everything you need to know. When they're not working, you'll usually find them on the golf course, biking local trails, weight training, getting a little too competitive over a new board game, or tackling their next home project.
