Olivia began her real estate career training and working alongside top-producing broker Pamela Nichols of Douglas Elliman. Pam is a 25-year veteran of the business and has earned many coveted industry honors and awards. Under Pam, Olivia perfected the fine art of providing premium service, discretion and efficiency to clients in all aspects of the New York City market.

A native of Dallas, Texas, she joined Fredrik Eklund and the Eklund Gomes team of Douglas Elliman in 2020 as part of their Texas expansion, thrilled to be back in her home state and city. She made the move to @Properties in 2022 and could not be more excited to grow with the brokerage.

Olivia is passionate about real estate and Texas. In free time, she likes attending Broadway shows and ballet performances. Olivia is also an avid reader, foodie, restaurant goer, and world traveler.
