Ollie Irving is an Evanston native that has resided in the neighborhoods of Edgewater, Uptown and Andersonville of Chicago over the last 10 years. In his free time, he loves to explore different neighborhoods in the city, attending festivals, as well as long walks along the lake.  

Ollie attended high school at Evanston Township, and spent his younger years working in communications and technology at Motorola. Later in life he made the decision to return to college at Oakton Community where he graduated at the top of his class with a degree in nursing. For over a decade he has served impoverished neighborhoods, nursing many back to health. Dealing with underserved communities has allowed him to develop a tough skin and hone in on his need to advocate for others. Both nursing and real estate require him to assess the situation and make a plan to protect the best interests of the client. He takes pride in helping people achieve the best outcome possible.

In Ollie's years as a nurse, he has prided himself in bringing comfort and caring to his patients. He hopes to bring the same energy when helping with your real estate needs. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and superb listening skills. Being the fearless warrior that he is he traveled to pandemic hotspots at the height of covid. These properties ensure that he's following the clients wants and needs when buying or selling. He decided to get into this business because he enjoys helping people, and has a passion for home and design.
