Born and raised in Chicago, Paul Krenger is a real estate broker and operator with more than a decade of experience spanning brokerage, leasing, property management, construction, acquisitions, and asset operations.

A Broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate since 2013 and Chief Operating Officer of The Krenger Company, Paul has built his career advising clients through complex transactions while helping operate and grow a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial real estate across Chicago.

That ownership-level experience gives Paul a distinct perspective. He evaluates property beyond the transaction, assessing construction, operations, market positioning, risk, and long-term value.
