With Jack's help I just purchased my first home. I met Jack a few years ago when he helped my friend purchase, and his laid back, easy going style and gentle sense of humor stuck with me. This fall I decided to start casually looking, and I did not expect to buy so soon (I wasn't entirely sure I could afford anything I'd want). I reached out to Jack and let him know up front that I wanted to go slow, and he said it was no problem, we could move as slowly as I want to and that he was happy to help educate me in the process before I was ready to commit. We saw a few places and then my dream condo came on the market (in my friend's building!) and suddenly we were moving fast. Jack helped guide me through the MPDU process (a lot of weird paperwork) and kept me well informed and advised throughout. This all took place from Thanksgiving through the end of December, when a lot of people are not that communicative-- but Jack was.
Probably because he's wonderful to work with, Jack also has lots of contacts for friendly contractors and professionals, should your home need a little work.
