Who is Roots Realty Co? 

Tyler Lingle & Max Moore, Roots co-founders, were normal agents at the brokerage of @properties, but after absorbing themselves in the nitty-gritty of Indianapolis real estate, they realized a need in the marketplace. 

As real estate investors & entrepreneurs (Max owned a GNC franchise, Tyler was renting out rentals in Indy, at the time), they saw the need for a brokerage team that aligned wealth-building goals to real estate services. The average broker was typically not a master on investment strategy nor how to drive ROI in a property. Roots Realty Co. was founded on the principle of helping folks Plant Roots & Build Wealth. 

You cannot build wealth without planting roots first. Planting roots means immersing yourself in your relationships & community. It means breaking into homeownership and building equity. To do that leads into building long-term wealth: through long-term equity gain or multiplying that first home into other investments. 

Roots is growing and on the move! It has grown to a team of 5 agents and 2 supporting admin. As one of the highest-producing real estate teams within the @properties brokerage and city, they have touched over 180 transactions (since 2023!). In 2025, they launced The Roots Podcast, a show about planting roots in Indy and building long-term wealth which is on Spotify, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts. Roots also hosts one-of-a-kind meet-ups for real estate investors and service providers throughout the year.
