Step One: Buyer Interview

  • Loan or Cash? Go over different options and process.

Step Two: Home Tour and Contract

  • Strategically and efficiently tour homes. Discuss opportunities to force equity in the future and research any known development projects in the area that may adversely impact the property's value and/ or your quality of life.
  • Scout off-market listings to add to your list.
  • Complete market analysis of top home choice, to ensure you will not be paying too much.
  • Write a winning contract.
  • Negotiate - Did you know there are 5 points to negotiate and only one of them is the price?

Step Three: Get to the Closing

According to data compiled by National Association of Realtors, about 5% of pending offers fall through. To put it in perspective, of 4.71 million homes sold in the U.S. in 2023 (as per NAR report), roughly 247,500 home sales fell through. We don't want yours to be one of them!

  • Stay in constant communication with ALL parties involved, including Seller's agent, lender, inspectors (could be multiple), appraiser, vendors, escrow agent, contract coordinators, and most importantly, you!
