Certified as both a Social Media Expert (CSM) and a Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Susan is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Her high-profile presence has included multiple appearances on HGTV's House Hunters—a testament to her confidence and charisma in front of the camera. Beyond real estate, Susan is passionate about giving back. She actively supports charitable organizations and is especially proud of her involvement with Concordia Place. A Chicago resident since 1983, she currently lives in the Old Irving Park neighborhood and has called many of the city's communities home—providing her with a firsthand understanding of the area's diverse character and charm.

When she's not negotiating deals or exploring new listings, Susan enjoys cooking and discovering the city's newest restaurants with friends. Her greatest joy, however, is family—especially her new role as "Oma" to her granddaughter, born to her daughter Danielle.
