Anna Huls, the team's leader, is a seasoned Realtor with nearly two decades of experience. A proud Chicago native, Anna's career spans all aspects of residential real estate, from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors. Since partnering with @properties Christie's International Real Estate in 2012, she has built a reputation for her exceptional negotiation skills, client-focused approach, and leadership within the industry. Outside of real estate, Anna is highly active in her community, serving as the Director of Connecting Women in Business and a leader in the Professional Women's Club of Chicago. She lives in Logan Square with her husband, Sean, and their son, Andrew.

Valentine, a native Chicagoan and long-time Logan Square resident, brings over 10 years of experience in high-end sales and client service to the team. His background in wine and spirits sales has equipped him with a unique ability to build and maintain strong client relationships—skills he is now applying to the world of real estate. With a passion for helping others find the perfect property, Valentine prides himself on providing a seamless and rewarding experience for every client. Charlene Cuballes joined The Huls Group in 2023 and has quickly become an integral part of the team. A former banking management professional with an ASBA in business administration, Charlene excels at building lasting relationships with clients. Her passion for real estate and deep knowledge of the Schiller Park and Chicago areas make her a trusted advisor for homebuyers and sellers alike. Charlene loves being part of the @properties Christie's International Real Estate family, and is deeply committed to helping clients take the next step in their homeownership journey. When she's not working, Charlene enjoys baking custom cakes, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her puppy, Skye, and her family.
